Richard Masucci


Richard and his brother Andrew started Prompt Direct (initially known as Prompt Mailers) in 1978, in the beginning offering basic lettershop services. He is a multi-talented leader who has helped the company expand in many areas.

Richard launched Prompt’s data processing department in 1995. The department’s services remain in a continuous state of growth. One of Richard’s many areas of focus is procurement, modification, and design of machine configurations needed for today’s sophisticated print campaigns. Under his leadership, Prompt’s Direct Mail services have stayed one step ahead of clients’ print production needs. His hands-on analytical approach to troubleshooting lends itself well to the time efficiencies needed for tight project deadlines.

Richard also oversees finance and accounting operations for Prompt as well as logistics, warehouse, and postal  operations. His knowledge and business management experience have made him our resident “go-to guy.”
